Um because it's for Devin's Townsend's new album 'Ziltoid 2'? wow
Oh Lord...please forgive me for my evil ways. I may have accidentally started a thread on the wrong board. Spare my soul!

I used the NEW POSTS feature and never know what thread is posted on what board!

NO FORGIVENESS
Video was wonderfully silly. Seeing DT in December with Animals as Leaders, should be a fun show
Thanks for sharing!
If you're actually reading this then chances are you already have my last album but if NOT and you're curious:

Oh wait...I was thinking you were in NY, John. Regardless, DT always puts on a great show.

"Injest" is not spelled with a j... Nice clip though! It's like ALF guest starring on Farscape...
Just so people don't think I'm nuts with my 2nd post... some dude Digital Man bitched about why this was on the main board. He deleted his post
There's more DT fans around here. I love that the guy is constantly putting stuff out there even if it's not all my thing. Casualties of Cool I didn't care for too much. Loved the first Ziltoid album though so Z2 is a must have.

So...anyone get Z2 yet? I will probably get it this week. I've heard good things.

Got the triple disc version last week...so far so good! Very silly but also very fun and really well played.
Looking forward to seeing him in early December!

Haven't been able to get past the DTP disc Sky Blue, it's so good. Really enjoying it.
I've been saving the Ziltoid disc for later. Maybe today I'll give it a spin.
It's fairly different. Sky Blue is very song oriented, melodic...Dark Matter is more bonkers, with lots of story 'narrative' and the like.
My only gripe thus far is that the 3rd bonus disc is an instrumental version of Dark Matter, and I'd have liked some of the tracks from Sky Blue in instrumental form.

I too will be seeing DT w/AAL in ATL in DEC.
Should be a great show.
Catching the show in a couple of weeks in Saskatoon. Should be a beauty!
Regards,
Jon
I'm lined up for the San Francisco stop on this tour!
Duncan's going to make a Horns Emoticon!!!
OK so far I've listened to the 1st disc once and I think it's outstanding. Tons of Dev's patented wall of sound and great melodies with a nice sprinkling of crunch. I don't even want to listen to the Ziltoid disc until I've absorbed this a couple more times. Nice stuff!

What's on the third disk? I wasn't aware and only got the two-disk version. I enjoyed Dark Matters the first time through, but with all the narration and voice-acting and whatnot, I don't see it being a frequent entry on my playlist. Sky Blue, however...
I'm a try to see him in Baltimore, he's always entertaining live...middle of the week is hard, though, might have to skip this one.
