Please don't advertise unauthorised recordings here, it's disrespectful to the artist. Real fans understand that.

    "Real fans."

If Kate was smart (she is), she'd release one of the shows (she will) and all of those "real fans" will be first in line to buy it (they will). That would pretty much render the unauthorized recordings moot, then.

I've seen some links with torrents and video but I think I'll wait until the DVD comes out and hear and see a quality version. To each his own, but torrents are still theft as well as sub par quality. I've waited this long to hear and see her live. I can wait a few months more.

Really? Which lawyer told you that?

Speaking as a Kate Bush fan who didn't get tickets...I'll download this if I bloody well want to, and I'll buy the official DVD when it comes out.

So still no news of a Kate Bush live Blu Ray from this tour, eh? I hope she's not going to be obsessive about, but just hand over the responsibility to talented people to create and release it.

Its of no specific interest to me but has she confirmed there will be a DVD of this?

Personally, I see no harm in distributing a recording for no financial gain to fellow fans. Dime has always operated on the proviso that if the artist syas 'take it down', they do. Some people need to take the rods out their asses, really.

Personally, as someone who was actually at this gig, I thought it was criminal the way she charged £100 a ticket and then played about 3 tracks I actually knew.

That would of been me too. My interest in Kate Bush stops at The Dreaming. Suppose she can't caterwaul like she could in the good ole days.

Says more about you than about her I guess. She has always followed her own muse, done her own thing and for that she has my utter respect. I thought the whole concert was utterly spellbinding. This wasn't a rock concert but a fantastic piece of music theatre.

BTW, a bluray / dvd set is apparently in post production and I have seen reports about which director was appointed to finish the set. Also seen first hand reports that certain sections of the show had been filmed without an audience present for special close up shots.

New ticket pricing policy. You pay after the concert based on how many songs you were familiar with.

I take that point absolutely but for her long standing fans it must have been a disappointment that she wholly forsook anything pre-Hounds of Love.

I'm here to say "Kate Bush" while wearing my old Fantastic Four T shirt.

    1) I feel pretty certain a video recording from those shows will be released. Think "The Bertie Fund." And I welcome it.

    2) I have no problem with RoIOs circulating.

    3) Why were you unfamiliar with all but three of the songs, Rael? Didn't she play anything from her last several albums? That's what most artists would focus on, and should, IMO. I wouldn't have wanted a "greatest hits" type of set, even if she's almost never performed live.

I think it most likely was that she had covered a portion of her earlier albums on her one other tour. Why repeat herself even in the slightest? Plus, it is quite possible that she is just more proud of her later work and wanted to represent from 'Hounds of Love' on. I assume that she is proud of 'The Dreaming' as well, but in addition to the possibility about her voice that you mentioned, it seems that it would be a tough album to represent live.

I don't know if you are being a bit tongue in cheek with the "criminal" comment, but did you really think she would perform a ton of pre-1983 stuff? The set list didn't surprise me at all for the most part. Yes, perhaps I was a little surprised that she did Sky of Honey but I honestly would have been more surprised to hear songs performed off of her first few albums.

I would have thought most all of her fans would be very familiar with all of Aerial.
