They're baaaaccckkkk...Lima, Peru May 16th-
"Henry Cow always wanted to push itself, so sometimes we would write music that we couldn't actually play – I found that very encouraging." - Lindsay Cooper, 1998
"I have nothing to do with Endless River. Phew! This is not rocket science people, get a grip." - Roger Waters, 2014
"I'm a collector. And I've always just seemed to collect personalities." - David Bowie, 1973
"When Yes appeared on stage, it was like, the gods appearing from the heavens, deigning to play in front of the people."
I was unable to keep an open mind, Jon was / is a personal favorite
It was "in the round", with a rotating stage in the center of the orchestra, (like the Tormato tours).
Alan had this mechanical drum riser platform that seemed pretty gimmicky - none of the epic cuts were played
Fail, for the most part
I pretty much knew it was over

Some US dates went on sale before the line-up was announced (and possibly before the band were even certain themselves). Other US dates went on sale afterwards, and all European dates went on sale afterwards. I think part of the problem is that information diffusion was poorer then: it's not like now when rumours of a band line-up change are all over the Internet and discussed to death before the official announcement is even made. I'm sure many people never heard the announcement when it was made. That said, the album was released before any dates actually happened!

Yes without Jon Anderson just doesn't feel like Yes to me. At least the new imitation singer sounds better than the last one.
