CDs and Other Drunk Online Shopping Regrets

I admit, there's been some duplicate CD purchases in the past...
I don't like country music, but I don't mean to denigrate those who do. And for the people who like country music, denigrate means 'put down.'- Bob Newhart

Bought the Italian language versions of both Photos of Ghosts and The World Became The World because I thought they were different albums from the English language versions.

Not , but rather when I did that trick.

I bought a 2nd 2nd-hand copy of FZ's Them or Us by accident, completely sober. I forgot I had it on CD already. The good news is it's 2 different versions. If I ever anymore I probably wouldn't be online.

Throw in alcohol and Ambien and you can really come up with some gems. I have bought duplicate CD's quite a few times. Even bought duplicate concert tickets once. Occasionally I have had stuff arrive in the mail that I have no memory of ever ordering.

the only thing i ever buy online is CDs and mooks (more rarely), so I'm not likely to do big mistakes (even drunk or stomed)

Yup, I admit I've bought the Marsipulami albums twice - in case one is interested, one pair of albums is still behind plastic wraps... Cheap, too.
my music collection increased tenfolds when I switched from drug-addicts to complete nutcases.

Paid 46 Euros for a 15-Euro LP, and to add to my confusion it also turned out musically rather meh.

I have a friend (no, really) who went on an internet drunken rampage against the former manager of Moby Grape when he sued to have the first two Grape reissues pulled by Sundazed Records. My friend had already ordered them and then was told he couldn't have them. The former manager responded in a like drunken manner. I, myself, stay away from the computer when I've had a few adult beverages.

That said, yes, indeed I've purchased, and completely sober, too, duplicates of CDs and LPs completely blanking that I already have them.
    Lou

Looking forward to my day in court.

I've put recordings of live shows together, burned them, and when I went to put them on my list, they're already there. I checked the cabinet and sure enough, I already had it. must check that first.

    Sophie is cute.

While eating chips and watching tv last night, I suggested there should be something called Snackers Anonymous. If I could go w/o eating between supper and bedtime, and continue my exercise routine, I might actually drop a few pounds. sorry for digressing.
