Follow-up releases you'd like to see

I was listening to Nektar today and thought that a follow-up to "Remember the Future" would be an interesting idea. A lot has happened since it came out 40-plus years ago and it was quite prophetic at the time.

So, it occurred to me that there are likely other concept albums that might be worthy of a follow-up.

Rick Wakeman's "Return to the Centre of the Earth" is a good example.

    Thoughts?

I would love to hear a followup to 'High Street' from Helmet of Gnats

Nostalgia, you know, ain't what it used to be. Furthermore, they tells me, it never was.

Not a concept album, but a followup to the first two Gordian Knot albums would make my year.

I would have liked a follow-up to The Lamb Lies Down on Broadway! Or possibly more than one follow-up. There is potential for a couple of sequels to that "storyline".

Helloween hasn't done nearly enough Keeper of the Seven Keys albums. Three isn't good, nor good enough. I'm not sure the thing even made sense from the beginning, but I don't know if that matters. Who's Dr. Stein and what part does he play? I never figured that one out.

Yeah, I know, not prog, but good almost prog-metal on those albums anyway.

Some are still waiting for the follow-up to "Jesus Christ Superstar."
