Wow, the incredible shrinking setlist by Kansas. They had been playing about 12 songs per show. That setlist looks like it would last no more than about 55 minutes.

My work computer won't let me stream this. Was this show pre or post Walsh? Can't remember which was his last show.

it doesn't stream. it has to be downloaded, converted to Wav files and put together in audio-editing software. If you want a copy, I can do that.

Beware that the bit rates on BigO are very low. There should be better lossless versions floating around.

That's pretty bad IMO. Shudda called it the "Get me the f*ck outta here!" Tour 2014

OOPS! I was mixing my threads up. I was thinking this was a BigO link.

Back to your regular programming, gents.

A pretty straightforward cover. It's the only time I've heard Anthrax!

Is it maybe a caricature of Scott Ian?

It's their "Logo." It's usually accompanied by the word "NOT!" ... or was, anyway. My brother had some Anthrax stickers with that face back in the nineties.

And it's indeed a really good cover. Metal really has changed... piano and organ are no longer the reviled keyboard succubi they used to be.

Weird that that's their logo since they always had such sci-fi/horror album covers.

    this is real good

Why is it whenever someone mentions an artist that was clearly progressive (yet not the Symph weenie definition of Prog) do certain people feel compelled to snort "thats not Prog" like a whiny 5th grader?

I used to play in a band with the Anthrax singer , Joey, back in the early/mid 80s. We covered "Fight Fire With Fire". He used to hit all those really high items towards the end of the song. He was a great singer. We also did some Rush and Triumph.
