I will browse the tracks via Spotify. It may be great, ok, or crap. We shall see.
Has anybody else received an email from Ticketweb announcing that the October 14th show was cancelled?
I understand your stance 100 percent. But the guys now involved in Nektar are far removed from that Roy Clay disaster. It is going to be an uphill battle to raise the money, I am sure, but I wish...

Sorry about that. I will correct my...
Nektar has started a Kickstarter campaign to kick start their reunion.
I think the guys deserve the support.

I love this album.
Spartacus will always be my favorite Triumvirat album. I find its arrangements the tightest of all their recordings.
The Reunion Live In Tokyo DVD has a HORRIBLE mix. Do not waste your money.
Great news Mo. I will patiently wait for all the musical goodies.
Welcome back Mo. I look forward to Nektar's return.

Let's not forget Jack Bruce and John Entwistle
Here! Here!
$45 just to hear him TALK? You can't be serious.
After 11am regular prices were available. I scored a Row J Orch ticket for $79 before ticketbastard.
Hey Proghound,
I don't know how Percy survives carving his unique path of bass playing, but he sticks to his guns. He lives in Brooklyn and once in a while will play a local gig. I would like to...
Ron, Mick and/or Mo might have the answer to your question. -Fred
I wish them well, but I will pass.
Amazon has a 2 lp (1972 and 1976 mix) Tab. I agree with Bobert, in that Tab is one of the greatest prog recordings.
...
If they ever return to NYC, I will be there.
The Newark show was great. The best part was the Mahavishnu music with both bands at the end. Three hours with only a short break. You will definitely get your money's worth.
Can someone tell me when the show ends? I see Herring's set is 1 hour. How long is JM's set?
Overall I would rate Duke as the best post W&W, because the songs are concise and have good melodies. The long track at the end really caps it off. I stopped seeing them in concert after the Duck...
I was at the Newark show last night. I sat in a center orchestra seat 18 rows away and I heard all the instruments clearly all the time. My only complaint about the sound is it slightly emphasized...
I was at the Friday night show and was hoping for "Scheherazade", but alas it was not to be.
I was none too impressed with the bass player's tone, since the role of the bass needs to stand out with...
I just ordered tix for both shows on October 14th. Psyched.
The Iridium is nice and intimate.
By the way, the "Live in Bremen" release is very nice. It is the complete concert.
Yup, me too. We were fortunate to be in that moment of time, when they were released.
The reviews in Amazon are primarily unfavorable, due to the fact that the recording are not remastered.
Blondie's is good. Their buffalo wings are great.
Btw I live in the area and their are plenty of good bars and eateries within walking distance.
One of the internet presale codes for the Beacon is social. I scored third row right orchestra.
I should have made a (LONG) bathroom break during the solo. Anyway, they all sounded in fine form last night, even the guest violinists. Ponty appeared to be really having a good time.
I find drum solos to be extremely boring, and Rayford's solo last night was excruciatingly long.
Don't remember him
I was wearing a King Crimson cap.
Same here and I was sitting just about 6 feet in front of him.
I am going again tonight. I can't wait.
Thanks, Ron

This morning "Recycled" accompanied me on my commute. YouTube "Desolation Valley" Beat Club Live 1973 https://youtu.be/lAnESYSpgn0
He was my favorite member of Nektar. His unique guitar playing style and great voice set him apart. Fortunately I was able to see Nektar at the Capitol Theatre on the "Recycled" tour, witnessing...
Truly a sad day today. May he rest in peace. One of the guitar greats IMHO. He will be missed.
I just bought tix as well for the early show on both nights at the Iridium. Very nice intimate venue. I am PSYCHED.
