My memory is the upmixes were the reason I didn’t spring for the box but I’d like to pick up the others if I can.

Going by my (very) faulty memory these were the non English bands that I discovered in Toronto in the 70's and into the 80's -

PFM - English language albums
Banco - the Manticore English album...

They have them for decent prices on Amazon Canada as well - so it looks like they did.

Hope they do Stand Up as well - that's the only one I missed out on.

I would say the quality is in that order - 24/96 is the highest bit rate, DTS us 24 bit and Dolby 16 bit (I think).

I always choose DTS when it's between that and Dolby.

The stereo mix is good and brings more clarity to the music but I find the surround is even better for that.

Played KC's Thrak last night - the surround gives much more separation between the paired instruments particularly the drums.

Tonight feels like more KC - probably Discipline or Beat.

I'll be at the Oakville show but it looks like sales have been slow - if anyone is thinking about going you can get complimentary tickets.
