Your mileage may vary, but I think they both have some strong material and are worth having. Great modern production compared to many of their earlier albums.

This is my favorite track from Heaven Forbid. Also sung by Buck. Plus a nice guitar solo. And to me it has that classic creepy BOC vibe.
