I bought that issue a few weeks ago, wish I hadn't bothered, not much in it of any interest. There's a Yes feature re the making of CTTE but I've heard it all before.

I really love FON too although there are a few weak tracks, I remember reading the band were not happy about the strength of the songs on the album.

It's good news if true, at least there's something going on. It's puzzling though that they did so little to promote The Quest but I hope they believe in it enough to play some of it live.

I get the impression from the book that Edwin was not only not getting on with SW but at least one other band member too which likely tipped the balance. Mind you, I forget which ones but SW played...

It is also very similar to a segment of IQ's The Last Human Gateway but that of course came afterwards.

There are some answers in Steven's book, not the full explicit details but it seems he wasn't invited and I would imagine CE didn't want to be there either. People don't like to do their dirty...

I very much doubt that they would play Relayer in mainland Europe and then switch to CTTE for the UK, that would make no sense whatsoever even though this is Yes where anything can happen it seems....

I imagine that many people attending won't actually know that Yes have changed their plans and are playing CTTE instead of Relayer. They might start off thinking 'wow we're getting CTTE as well'...

I guess that very few people are interested in Solstice around here but if you listened you might like them.
