All that work? Maybe it's the other way around?
One of my favorite bands. Great music, great writing, great bunch of guys.
Loved listening to them play, loved hanging out with them at NEARfest.
I will miss them. But i get to hang with...
I am now. Been in the works for a while. We'll be doing a whole tour culminating at Progday, and that will hopefully become a DVD/Blue ray. So bring your best duds, because you just might get...
What he said, except of course for the fact i have never met Kenwood Denard, let alone been his student. Jonathan is a mensch, and you'll get to hear the new members of D97 in action. It will be a...
Mike's talent does not need the likes of me to endorse; it stands, cavorts, leaps and defies gravity on its own merits. i can't even say he is an influence because my brain simply cannot function...
I have been a citizen for 8 years now. Ramsés is free to travel the world as it were, and I think you guys will be blown away by the new album. Learning it has been a ton of fun, and both Aaron (who...
It's posts like these that remind me why I have to come back to this site for very short, spurious visits.

The fact Yes got more votes than Deep Purple is enough to hate the Hall and the people voting.
If we could get that sort of traction with Jessica Alba, we wouldn't be posting here. See you soon Ed.
Pre sale starts November 17 only at shadoewsmadeofsound.com

SONUS UMBRA are about to hit the road for a 25th Anniversary North American tour,
alongside instrumental guitar powerhouse MIGHT COULD. They'll kick things off at Shank Hall in Milwaukee,
followed...
I'm with Chad, with the exception I was already 100% out. Too much great new music, by bands with something fresh to say, for me to waste my time. YMMV.
Just a quick heads up to let everyone know that our indiegogo campaign has been fully funded. An immense thank you, from the bottom of my crooked heart, to everyone who has made this possible. We are...
We have others to mention: The inimitable John Glascock. The wizard: James Jamerson. The amazing Tal Wilkenfeld. Arthur Barrow and Tom Fowler from Zappa land. Joe Lester of Intronaut. And ofcourse...
damn straight.
I thought so too, and I have no idea what the hell happened. I was the bass player in that band. Don't hold your breath.
Karen! It really has been too long. I need me some Fox & Monkey beer time.
Been a while. I assume most things remain the same? lol! Gonna have to get up to Madison this summer.
Road trip Mara?
Yves, you bastard! How the hell are ya? When will i get to see you? Do i have to lug around Sonus Umbra all the way to Montreal? Because you know i will. You can't hide from me! Salut, mon frere!
Fuckin A! Can we get an Amen...?
Awesome. Thank you, sir!
Thank you sir!
True. I didn't flip it. It does look weird.
Greetings. I got this email from Miguel Falcao:
Dear friends,
I have been informed by those who have direct contact with Chris, that he and his wife have already seen the video and liked it...
And neither one of us pissed in it. Just to be clear. We Love you Geezer! We love you long time!
Greetings.
Never in my life did I ever think I'd start a YES thread on PE. But...
Miguel Falcao, a great bassist and Yes aficionado reached out to put together the video below. Of course, Yes...
Hello everyone! We have been busy working on a new album, and putting together the best live multi-media show for the release. To that end, we created an Indiegogo campaign which can be found below:...
Hello.
Been a while since I've posted here. A lot has changed. Some people are gone - forever in some cases. Others moved on... feels different.
In any case, I am writing to let everyone know...
Great Record.
It was a great show, and the venue - new to me - was really cool. D97 have got some really great new music on their upcoming third album.
I think that will not be a problem Steve! It's gonna be a great show. Anyone who likes ELP will be blown away, and the Sonus set ain't too shabby either.

We'll be there, we'll be there, we will be there!
Sonus Umbra will play a set heavy on selections from Winter Soulstice and Digging for Zeros, with a few surprises from the dim and distant...
That game and the crushing defeat will forever be known as Gordo's revenge, for all the people who didn't go to the show.
:horns
While i have no real beef with Opale's tone, I am 100% in agreement about the rhythm section. It's embarrassing.
Hmmm....
I think we did send something, though I am not sure. I have to check the mail logs... but thanks for the heads up! :horns
He's off in Jersey for the Alumni reunion show.
Val proposed during one of the Harding House concerts they frequently host here in Chicago. It was one hell of an evening, the day after the GoRRG...
I absolutely LOVE this album. KIDZAPUNK is pure genius.
Most o that stuff is very straight forward, easy to transcribe. Any tune in mind?
It's always a treat to play live. Most prog bands don't for a variety of reasons, but we are playing as many gigs as possible, and it's a total blast. Shank Hall is a great room, and it was wonderful...
You won't be disappointed.
That is something we are looking into Yves. I am currently "fully booked" so to soeah until October 4th. After that we'll see!
check around the 24 minute mark and hear what David Palmer says...

I find it quite amusing that people rush to Martin Barre's defense, when Barre himself is in no way slighted by any of these remarks. In my opinion, this band was at their apex during the late 70's....
I'm amazed people have enthusiasm for cruise after cruise like this. I find the entire proposition exhausting. Best of luck to everyone, and i hope its all you hope for and more.
It was a great night. I had a ton of fun, which is a rare treat because for all the early years, Sonus gigs were NEVER fun for me at all. With this line-up, I can just relax and have fun.
I thank...
Don't you think it's sad and lame that in order to make a point about how something SOUNDS you have to use an image of the wave file? And this is no knock on you. It's music people. If you can't hear...
Nothing can save the way the drums were recorded. It is still one of the greatest albums ever made. All about da tunes my brother, and that one's got 'em!
Which on of the Yes guys blew you?
I am sad he is gone, but glad you can now both rest. And let the music play on!
As someone who may or may not perform on this tour, all I can say is that I stand behind the idea 100%. I can also see how the promotion needs to be different, and all that. But without getting into...
There will be a CD release party on August 23rd at the Abbey in Chicago. It will also be Zip Tang's Cd release, and Might Could's! So, be there if you can!

Oct 13!? yeah man! metro is a great club.
:lol If the blow up doll can actually say 6 word sentences, text, and appear only capable of partial attention to any and everything, the blow up doll would be as real as most young girls you meet at...
On a tangential note, I don't think you can say the rack is fake, meaning that if you can touch, play and enjoy those tits then they aren't fake. A fake rack, to me, is more like the wonder bra...
I'll have to do it from the stage at the gig. But I'll be wearing my 2001 NF t-shirt!
I wish that bald cunt nothing but the very "vest". It's his life, some of that is his legitimate work, and best of luck to him in November; after hearing the new Queensryche album, he's gonna need...
Ah... the joys of Geoff Taint and Queefryche.
