I thought it was originally Vinny Colaiuta?
From this article. https://drummagazine.com/magnetic-memories-four-decades-in-the-studio-with-rush/
Until the 'Clockwork Angels' tour I had never used a click track live, except once years ago to...
The 1991 Mike Millard recording from The Forum in Inglewood, CA is also pretty great. Available at Forgotten Yesterdays.
I concur.
Red House Painters.

At 17:40 there are some still shots with lasers.

At least they didn't attempt Parallels here. That one was way beyond Horn.

The Mike Millard Drama show from LA was recently made available on Dime. It sounds fantastic.
Brian Kehew, who mixed Progeny, said there weren't any more multitrack shows in the archive. This was on the Yes Music Podcast last February.
Nice solo version of To Be Over

In the Classic Artist Yes doc Phil Carson tells the story of Nesuhi Ertegun telling Jon that Tobographic was very similar to Topographic. So Jon changed it.
Found this on Youtube to premier January 22. Also the late show, of superior quality, will premier in Feb. Both pro-shot.

Hit the UK top 10.
I also got light blue from Lasers Edge. Very nice.
I find a lot of tracks start off like they are going to be awful and end up surprisingly good.
The Calling had lots of radio play in Los Angeles. I remember hearing State Of Play on the radio in Colorado. However, I knew some Yes fans who had no idea a new album came out.
Is the Shoreline dvd in this set complete, or is it the common edited version? This version has nearly the entire show. It's only missing the drum duet and the beginning of Changes is muted.

Interesting what Rick thought of Keys 2 before he left. http://nfte.org/interviews/RW171.html
Here she is opening for The Who less than 2 years ago.

Surprisingly good!
I played the hell out of this game.

I really like the Gothenburg, Sweden (Northern Flight) 1977 show too.
Very nice.
Yessongs.nl is a treasure trove of flac live Yes recordings.
I read somewhere Steve Howe's brother-in-law filmed it. Not sure what for though.
This book is great!
Yes - Irvine, CA
KISS - St Louis
Nick Mason -St Louis
Obituary/Abbath/Midnight/Devil Driver - St Louis
My fave of the year. Black/Doom/Psychedelic.

There's a couple chapters on Baker's time in Hawkwind in The Saga Of Hawkwind book by Carol Clerk. Excellent read. According to everyone, Ginger tried to poach Brock to form a new group possibly with...
His Close To The Edge reaction is fantastic.
A review: https://thebluemoment.com/2019/09/29/steve-howes-new-frontier/
There are 3, what appear to be official, promo tracks up on Youtube.
"New Frontier"by the Steve Howe Trio came out today. I bought it on iTunes and I know there is at least a vinyl version to be available. I really enjoy it. A nice group effort, not just a guitar...
Really enjoy the Trio stuff. Got me to explore Wes Montgomery and Kenny Burrell. There is an excellent show on Dime from 2013 called "Friday the 13th at the Cellars". Looking forward to the new one.
Enjoying the new St Vitus.

Saw Overkill and Death Angel last night. Great night of east and west coast thrash.
If it's anything like KISS Alive Forever, I'm in.
Yeah, Long Beach 1977 is great. A couple others I like are Gothenburg, Sweden (Northern Flight, insane Yours Is No Disgrace) and Best of Wembley 1977.
There are many great Yes recordings from 1978-79. Cleveland 1978 is another great soundboard. The audience recordings from Boston '78 and '79 are excellent. In '78 you get Release, Release and...
Yeah, the show in St Louis last night was awesome.
KISS - April 2, 1986 - Memorial Auditorium - Utica, NY - Have ticket, $13.50
Rush - June 2, 1990 - Knickerbocker Arena - Albany, NY - Have the shirt

New Overkill. These guys rarely let me down.

That backdrop is unbelievable!
The Metal Church Live album is awesome. From The Dark era, released in the 90's I think.
From the new High On Fire.

Just finished this book. It's fantastic and I'm not a huge fan of the genre. https://books.google.com/books/about/Mean_Deviation.html?id=8ZwZcZ2X5ToC

It was shown in tandem with an edited version of Yesspeak. I saw it in Portland, OR and it was well attended. Yesspeak is worth seeing if you're a fan. Kind of a band approved doc, very long. Haven't...
Lady Gaga is obviously paying tribute to the 40th anniversary of Tormato.
The brand new High On Fire album, Electric Messiah, is great. Very aggressive.
Voivod's comeback after Piggy's (guitar) death is excellent. 2013's Target Earth.
Many consider Voivod's Killing Technology to be the breakthrough. That and the next two, Dimension Hatross and Nothingface, many consider their golden era.
New Voivod is out.

I have a recording of Supper's Ready from London, 1982. Pretty sure they played it at RFK Stadium in DC also.
Pledge Music said they are working on it and refunded me as a gesture of goodwill. I just converted the FLAC files so it was free in the end.
