I'm curious but I can't seem to find anything whatsoever about this album. What label was this on? Where were they from?
Hmmmm.... That's odd, mine has not. :(
What were the other clues?
So, according to my database here are the first few artists in my collection:
21st Century Schizoid Band
3 (Emerson, Berry, Palmer)
3 (The other one)
3rd Degree
For those of you not into the...
Just who the hell is this going to appeal to? My first ELP concert was in 1992 and, assuming they are doing the full Royal Albert Hall set list, I would certainly welcome seeing some of the Black...
Never mind. It showed up today (thankfully). It was Media Mail. 5 years ago I'd pretty much get anything from Laser's Edge the next day. Now it's at least 3 days if not longer. Everything gets...
What the hell? My deluxe edition finally shipped from Laser's Edge (thank you!) but now USPS is saying it's not coming until Saturday! A week to deliver within the same state, really? This thing...
Yeah... Roundabout. Easily the one song I've heard played the most live. Yes played it every single freakin' time I've seen them since 1994 (about 12 times). Asia played it on their first reunion...
Wait.... what? I don't understand what you're saying. You mean there's more?! :roll
It really could be almost anything. If it gets featured in a popular TV show or movie... Past instances I can think of are Bohemian Rhapsody in Wayne's World, Mad World in Donnie Darko (mostly in...
Very cool! Nice track selection. I grabbed the CD version to add to collection of Wetton related CDs (which is pretty comprehensive).
Coheed and Cambria.
Well, Amazon managed to get my Mega Super Deluxe version here without destroying it on the second try. The first one showed up with the shipping box looking perfect but everything inside was crushed...
Jon and Vangelis' The Friends of Mr. Cairo in an episode of Fringe
ELP's Knife Edge during the end credits of an episode of Ash vs. Evil Dead

Suddenly, the $75 catalog seems like a real bargain!
This trend of cropping 4:3 to 16:9 is really annoying. When DVD and widescreen formats become widely accepted and available I was so happy that I'd never have to watch a cropped, panned/scanned film...
Wait, what?! The catalog is $75?! OK...
(And, yes, the font is quite challenging.)
It finally came today! Beautifully signed Blu-ray version. Plus the whole "name in the liner notes" thing never gets old. Awesome album, can't wait to hear it in 5.1.
What the hell?! The latest tracking update yesterday from DHL simply says "DELETED". That can't be good.
Mine has been sitting in Axis Park, GB for a week now. Yay. :(
Mine has been sitting at "EN ROUTE TO DHL ECOMMERCE DISTRIBUTION CENTER OR AWAITING PROCESSING" since Feb. 28. I've had a bunch of orders from the Czech Republic arrive via DHL in 2 days or less...
I have played (and enjoyed) several games published by Epic Games, used Unreal Engine in a couple of projects (it's pretty amazing) and have generally been pleased with Epic Games as a whole. This...
Bonus tracks? What bonus tracks?
He's posted a couple of updates on Bandcamp:

Mine just shipped from Radiant Records. USPS says it will be here on Friday (Feb. 18).
Yep, this really sucks. I went for the Hemispheres set just to get the Blu-ray but for $300 I don't think I'm going to do it for this one. Plus I'm pretty much out of space to store all the vinyl...
Hmmmm... I spend quite a bit on Patreon each month but the only music related one is Jordan Rudess. He posts quite a bit (mostly keyboard playing related videos) and was even offering back stage...
Crap... the first three songs I thought of were Tarkus, Close to the Edge and Starless... that's doesn't leave me much room to play with. Hmmmmmm.... I'm going to have to give this some thought.
Yeah, thanks! I almost missed this. Just ordered my copy.
This really is a tough one. Just for the sheer and complete awe of it I'd have to go with Rush, front row, Saratoga Springs 2007. Just the massive scale of the stage itself was incredible. Geddy...
Wow. I'm going to play the crap out of this album, I can already tell. Prog or not, these are some good tunes!
U.K.

Absolutely. There are still plenty of Billy-isms there but it's not overwhelming. Steve is also all over the album (finally) so that also doesn't hurt (well, maybe a little with the vocals...).
I remember an interview in the 90's where Jon was talking about there always being a Yes far in the future (kind of like where we are now), even without any of the "classic" members. I liked that...
Wow. I've been enjoying Ross Jennings' new solo album since it came out. But, it wasn't until today that I realized he was "the other guy" in the new Nick and Neal band! Very cool.
I am completely shocked. I had front row tickets to both the NJ Prog House Big Big Train shows that were cancelled. This was the first band I was planning to see post-pandemic next year. Wow...
So... It's been fifty days (and then some). Nothing.
I'd also recommend Amazon Music. The lossless and HD streaming is what made me even give it a try. I've never listened to streaming music much at all until it came along (ironically I work for a...
Wow, you sure do have some great interviews! Andy is awesome. My wife was a huge Police fan growing up. We were in NYC back in 2000 and heard an ad on the radio while we were in a cab for Andy...
Wow, OK... I'll definitely be giving this one another listen. The mix is amazing. The lyrics are pretty much what you'd get if someone trained an AI to generate Yes lyrics (although Mystery Tour...
It's available on HDtracks now.
I was a bit late and missed the Laser's Edge preorder. I just noticed Amazon US had it (from Amazon UK Global) for a very reasonable $157 and decided to go for it. I've seen some reviews...
One of the most surprising (and diegetic) uses I immediately thought of was Jon and Vangelis' "The Friends of Mr. Cairo" in an episode of Fringe. ELP's "Knife Edge" in the end credits of an episode...
Oh wow, that's right by Colonial Park (which I've been to many, many times) and Spooky Brook Golf course (which I've played golf at many, many times)! I think I may have even been to that very place...
Oh wow, I completely missed this... What "private summer camp in Somerset New Jersey" was this held at? Just curious as I'm from Somerset, NJ (and currently live not too far away).
Jones Beach is the one and only concert venue I've ever been frisked at. I was too surprised to object at the time.
Edit: Not to mention the fact that lots of people LIRR/bus in from NYC. What...

I'm approaching 5000 CDs myself. I have not listened to a single CD using a CD player in about 15 years. I have it all ripped (to FLAC). I also have a lot of digital purchases as well (mostly...
Wow, I got a very nice selection:
1) Jethro Tull - Thick As A Brick: Believe it or not I do not own this album and have likely never heard it in its entirety. So, this is a keeper for sure.
2)...
This is, by far, the most disturbing album cover I've ever seen. I know that was the intention but, for me at least, a good album cover is something I'd like to hang on my wall or put on t-shirt. ...
Oh, and I can't forget FM at NEARfest in 2006 (I was there).
Utopia (early 90's with Rundgren, Wilcox, Powell, Sulton) and Todd Rundgren's Utopia in a few incarnations in the 201x's. Unfortunately, no studio albums but live albums/videos from each era.
Has...
Well, I'm happy they have a 2 CD/Blu-ray version and that I don't have to buy any vinyl. I'm a bit skeptical that they haven't released any single or preview audio. I mean, I'm definitely going to...
Wow... If it wasn't for this place 30 years ago I may not have become a prog fan:
...
Wow! This is a great idea. Yes, I'd be interested in some CDs. Now I know what I'm going to do with my music collection if PE is still around when it's time (I'm 47 so we'll see).
(Edit: I'll...
Not sure if this has been discussed but these seem like much larger venues than King Crimson has played in recently (and even in the past). I mean, I've seen Yes in these places from 1996-2003 and...
Not sure if it's been mentioned here but I'd really like to see a reasonably priced Kenso boxed set. I've only heard a VERY limited portion of their catalog and whenever I go looking for any of...
