100% cetrain that Flawed Gems are bootlegging. They are issuing almost everything 70s... Very diverse stuff from AME SON (already officially on CD) to Chick CHURCHILL. A friend of mine purchased the complete rights to the FELT album directly from the band and issued a deluxe vinyl version few weeks ago, the CD had been already a Flawed Gems release (not forgetting a very poor sounding vinyl version on Akarma)...

I know that they are still being worked on. I am not sure if all the legalities have been ironed out, but I think they have. They have also been being at least remastered, if not some remixing. But that is about all I know from last talking to Cuomo. They are still supposed to be released, but things are taking much longer than planned.

Announced at Nearfest 2008 where they gave away freebies with the message that the album would be released in 2009. Since then nothing but silence.
