Character named Marillion in Game of Thrones series?

Just came across something that seems to be saying there's a character named "Marillion" in the Game of Thrones books somewhere, and he's a singer. Was this mentioned here before?

I think we talked about it in the Game of Thrones PMs. His fate in the TV series was different than the books. But nonetheless, GRRM says the name had nothing to do with the band. I would assume that the name was a nod to Tolkien.
