GTR Amp: Peavey Valveking 212 Question

Any one here own or have experience with this amp?

I'm looking into getting a new GTR amp and per the specs and reviews, this one "seems" to meet my needs (I haven't tried one out yet. I'll be doing that this weekend @ GTR CTR)

I played with them a bunch when they came out. We carried them at the music store I worked at. I wanted to hate it, but I'll tell you what, for a relatively inexpensive tube amp, they really sound good. A little on the dark side, but very flexable. If you have to have a 2x12 and you're on a budget that's probably the way to go. In fact, it might be your only choice.

So, I did get a Peavey Valveking 212 yesterday and it is a great (LOUD) and flexible amp. Very "thick" sounding, if that makes sense. Looking forward to fine-tuning my settings and using it with the band on wed.
