Unbelievable. So sad to lose such an immense talent so young. 2016 is definitely going down as a year to forget for me. :(

Whatever it was that he had medically, even 10 years ago he didn't look good. I saw his band a few times in jazz clubs and he looked physically bad. Im very surprised he was in his 40s at the time, he looked much older.
