Everybody here who is a fan of fusion should have this album. It's very tasteful, well-played stuff.

Thanks Sean, this is somewhere between Sea Level, National Health and Steely Dan. With a dash of space jazz rock. Love it.

Hey all! Hope you have been doing well. SOAL has been busy writing for our follow up and the sounds emerging are sounding like a power trio this time aroind.

Recently I was asked to discuss the debut CD and more. Here's the promo trailer for the interview I did with Drew at RockClass101. It's a fresh instructional site that adopts some different angles rather than the usual lesson oriented sites by delving deeper with interviews instead of just "here's how I play lick #___".

This is a little intro clip with an improv I did to warm up. It was nice to be asked, though I think I look a little nervous. I just played the first thing that came into my head, three times in a row and this was their fave.

We discuss the Story Of A Life album, it's inspiration and the guitars and gear used on it. Also, my early musical inspirations and of course, PE. The whole thing will air next weekend....

This is on the proggier side for fusion. Not that familiar with Sea Level, but I do hear the Camel, Caravan, the National Health, and Steely Dan influences. This is really good! Will buy!

Well, I have to say I love the debut CD. It is very well played and well produced. There is a kind of sweetness in the melodies and the grooves that has a great positive effect on my mood. Well done !
