Actually The Riddle was released in 2017, but it took a while before it got the attention it deserves.
The Gardening Club is the band from Martin Springett, who released an LP called The Gardening Club in 1983.
In 2017 that LP was rereleased both on LP as on CD. The latter (published by Gonzo Multimedia) contained a hidden-track, called The Riddle Overture, which became the first track from The Riddle (^^).
At the moment the band is finishing the recordings for the next album, Boy On A Bike.

It's a Jazz-Rock album and it is a great Jazz-Rock album, man. With a great guitar-work and excellent compositions, and with a track with great female-vocal on it. The opening track is charming instrumental Progressive rock and, although it doesn't reflect the album, I posted it here due to very nice time-lapse video - although I swear that I perfectly knew (after our little debate at Brand X thread) that you will come here to hit that reply bottom.'ok, I type "Jazz Rock" into my search at Bandcamp and post the latest and greatest Jazz Rock band that no one has heard of on PE! Other tracks on their new CD are very original take on Jazz-Rock as one of the 70s "progressive" genres as well [so the opening track, although different, fits the album perfectly]. And for "Eclectic Prog" tag I care only when I suggest a band for Progarchives.
