Why is it whenever someone mentions an artist that was clearly progressive (yet not the Symph weenie definition of Prog) do certain people feel compelled to snort "thats not Prog" like a whiny 5th grader?

Having heard this album in its entirety, I really impressed.
One more new release:
Southern Empire (the band of former Unitopia leader Sean Timms) will release their second album 'Civilisation' in July.
Nice, I'd never find some of this music on my own.
