Analog Synth Only Albums

Well, semantically, mellotrons did not produce their own sounds, since they were pre-recorded on tapes, as opposed to Hammond organs or Fender Rhodes... they might not be digital

I've always considered the mighty Mellotron and the Chamberlin that preceeded it as analog samplers and not synths by any definition

There's a couple of obscure Italian artists that might appeal to you here. It's been awhile since I heard them, but I recall only synthesizers:

Alessandro de Lucchi - s/t (1978)
Stefano Panteleoni - Alle Muse (1987)

Naturally they aren't on CD.... Remarkably (or perhaps not LOL) I did find both artists on YouTube, so you can check them out there.

Pretty much, though my understanding is most people hate it. Allegedly, it was one of those "Get me out of this record deal as fast as possible" records, but I happen to like. Yeah, it bares no resemblance to his other records, but so what? I like the atonal synth thing, when it's done right, and I think this is one where it was done right.

but let's face it, samplers became the rage and became a househlod vame in the 89's when they went digital. and they integrated digital synths around that same era.

NO, early sequencers were not digital. They had just a clock and knobs to produce a certain voltage at a certain time.

I could be wrong, it sounds like a processed vibraphone. I don't hear any analog synths outright...but I do like it

It's definitely vibes, plus bell tree. Plus some marimba, percussion, cello. Nice stuff too.
