Levin's site adds "synth and vocals" to Rieflin's musical duties. First time I've seen him listed as anything other than KC's drummer (though I knew about his other musical abilities).

Wow, 3 nights in NYC and then straight to Madison, WI! Ok, they have a few days off in between... Still, they must assume Geezer will be in attendance.

There is a tenor sax on the floor. <sigh of relief> Collins won't JUST be playing soprano !

No proper setlist yet, just the mention that they've been rehearsing a 1970s KC classic [Fripp says which one but who am I to spoil the surprise ?] which, given Mel Collins re-entry into the band (and the presence of Jakko who's performed much of the early KC catalogue with 21CSM), I was expecting them to tackle.

Larks' Tongues in Aspic Part One and Starless are topping my must-hear-list. First mentioned is quite unlikely I would guess.

It'll be a real shame if they don't dive into their early catalog which largely hasn't been played in decades. Now that they are not stuck with Adrian Belew's vocal style.

They are diving into the old category. In the diary entry above, Fripp says they're rehearsing "Starless."

So what are some other songs y'all would like to hear the new band play? Dream set list? Last time we did this, "Lizard" got a few votes. That'd sure be an interesting one to hear live. I'll cast a vote for "Formentera" into "Sailor's Tale."

I don't imagine there will be more tour dates added this time around. Hopefully, this version of KC will stay together long enough for a spring or summer 2015 tour.
