I looked on the website, but can't find any update.
Wasn't there supposed to be new 5.1 versions of a couple albums?

" My advice is to get them off right after your shoes and before your trousers... that's the sock gap. Miss it and suddenly you're a naked man in socks. No self-respecting woman will let a naked man in socks do the squelchy with her. "

I'm not on FB myself, but the German Babyblaue Seiten website reports that according to the GG FB page The Power and the Glory should come out in early summer.
Free hand and Interview both have 4.1 versions that are based in the original quad mixes from the 70's. I got them on Amazon awhile back at a reasonable price. To these ears they sound great!
I find the 4.1 versions of Free Hand and Interview rather uninspired. Sure they sound great and offer more listening pleasure than the stereo mixes, but I feel much more could have been done. If I'm not totally mistaken I believe Steven Wilson said he has mixed the Power and the Glory in 5.1 but something is holding back the release. It will make for an interesting listen!
From their official page:

Great! I haven't heard the album in a loooong time. It's one of the GG releases I never bought - I just had it on a cassette copy (back when "home taping is killing music"). I'll get it for sure!
Here's an interview with Derek Shulman that touches on the remix:
