The MOST Progressive Rock Song Ever Recorded!?!?!

    http://www.richlynchband.com

Looking at the definition of PROGRESSIVE here -- it says – "making progress toward better conditions; employing or advocating more enlightened ideas, new or experimental methods, etc."

So, my first ever song has been released. It’s about my desire to build and live in a modern and futuristic dome home. I really want to improve my domestic environs.

But, I also want to give this idea to the world -- for society to know that there are better options out there for housing, about where and how we live, about how we can be safer and happier on this planet.

My musical topics will strive to be forward thinking, progressive and will stress improvement and advancement for humanity in all ways.

For this reason I believe my song "I WANT TO LIVE IN A DOME" just might be the most progressive song ever – at least it rocks! Please check it out on my band page linked here!

    Hope you like it.

Well, I imagine the OP was tongue in cheek. The "progressive" refers to the philosophy expressed in the song, rather than the music.

The living in domes idea has actually been visited before in song:

cool, bob_32 -- put me down for the second dome song, ever! (there's probably many more, mine stemmed from an earnest desire to get the balling rolling on turning a dream into a reality!)

and you're right, bob_32_116, the idea is progressive -- that track more of a heartland rock... a lot of positive feedback so far...

This music has nothing in common with the music discussed here on PE, and blatant self-promo has nothing to do with the discussions featured on the Main Forum. C'mon, Rockin' Rich, give us a break.

    at least it rocks!
Sounded pretty bland and mid-tempo to me
I don't like country music, but I don't mean to denigrate those who do. And for the people who like country music, denigrate means 'put down.'- Bob Newhart

    ...THAT WAS PITIFUL...

On the CD Baby page, under genre, it said Rock: Classic Rock.....not Progressive Rock.........

But what is progressive? Besides an insurance company. Is the song about them?

I actually love the idea, but is there a way to hear just the one song for free, or a sample?

JKL - there are samples on all the sales pages at:

    http://www.richlynchband.com

Google Play also has a longer snippet.... so you can get a good feel of it that way...

Currently, I'm trying to reverse the trend of recent years and actually sell the songs, it's the only way this is going to work!!!

    Thanks for listening!
