This was just posted by Fish today. Very moving stuff. "We should've talked about the weather a bit more seriously" and "hurricanes with children's names" are my favorite lines. The obscure Scottish poet still has it. I really like this.

I quite like the song and it actually points towards a direction Fish might consider for a future endeavour and that is a full on folk album. Ditch the rock and do what you do best and that is storytelling with music in an intimate setting. His voice is much more suited for that kind of environment these days.

Well, musically, it's a beautiful song. And he really has a gift with words. But I would argue (if he was calm enough to let me get a word in edgewise) that his constantly feeding himself with bleak environmentalist propaganda has him missing all the beauty around him. You are what you eat.
