I blame Wynton, what was the question?
There are only 10 types of people in the World, those who understand binary and those that don't.
The new Steven Wilson of course

Julie Slick's new album.
And given that I ordered the Travis/Fripp album from DGM in October, I'm looking forward to hearing it in 2013 . . .
I want to dynamite your mind with love tonight.
Oh. And the new Stick Men album. It's available to the general public in 2013. I'm part of the general public.
I want to dynamite your mind with love tonight.

The Red Masque
Steven Wilson
Intronaut
Setna
Herd Of Instinct
These two definitely!
My expectations for Setna are pretty over-the-top. I'm looking forward to another deeply satisfying effort from Herd of Instinct.
Wake up to find out that you are the eyes of the world.
Will that new Far Corner album ever be released? I’m beginning to lose faith.

Off the top of my head:
Anything that's more decent from Omar Rodriguez-Lopez
Anything Steven Wilson
Hesitant with a new Tool album (i can't say enough about how much these guys piss me off, but they'll be pissing me off all the way to the bank)
Anything King Crimson Alumnus
Transatlantic & at least two albums from Neal Morse !
Yes!
Where Are They Now? Yes news: http://www.bondegezou.co.uk/wh_now.htm

Certainly the Guapo release & Herd of Instinct.

Renaissance Album/post Dunford
Anything new from Jobson
Fiscal Cliff
Looking forward to some Steven Wilson (a first for me but "Luminol" and his new, outrageous band are pretty f'in cool), the new Spock's Beard with Ted Leonard, and of course my own project Heliopolis; Transatlantic would be welcome but I hope this time they pare the material down using a microscope and lose the "this has to be at least 70 minutes long" mindset. Hopefully there will be some new Mike Keneally to savor as well.
Atoms for Peace. And whichever new singles Imogen Heap adds to the Heapsongs series.
So far there really isn't anything else on the radar.... maybe the Steven Wilson, but I'll have to wait and see how much of a departure it is from the disappointment of GfD. Oh, and of course whichever King Crimson reissues surface around autumntime.
The Julie Slick and Stick Men rank among the noteworthies of 2012, having been released a while ago now.

Adding Spock's Beard to my list.
Music isn't about chops, or even about talent - it's about sound and the way that sound communicates to people. Mike Keneally
Above everything else, ADVENT!!! It's going to be brilliant.
And not far behind in my anticipation list, the new 'Thieves Kitchen', which is going to be killer too.
I am curious of the new Renaissance, among some of the others already mentioned.
In 2013, I'll still be looking for the prequel (sic) to The River Empires' 2010 eponymous release.
The next Jorn Lande album.
