    Ronnie Foster

Picked up his first 3 albums. Awesome stuff from the 70s. Hammond organ at its coolest. Anyone else into him?

this is one artist I have not explored... do any of his albums have a Rock Drum backbeat or is it more Jazz style?
Why is it whenever someone mentions an artist that was clearly progressive (yet not the Symph weenie definition of Prog) do certain people feel compelled to snort "thats not Prog" like a whiny 5th grader?

I saw Ronnie Foster play with George Benson circa '72, when George was still a jazz artist, before "This Masquerade" made him a pop star. Ronnie sounded great, but he was not playing organ. Mostly electric piano iirc.

    I liked that track!
