My GF and I watched the entire season over the President's Day weekend. Absolutely loved it, and can't wait for the next season.

The three main leads are Colin Farrell, Vince Vaughn, and Rachel McAdams. So cool that Rachel McAdams is in it. Can't wait.

Absolutely not. You shamed me well enough the last time so it's the old Thumper maxim, for me, this go 'round: "if you can't somethin' nice, don't say nothin' at all."

I still haven't seen the second season, after hearing awful reviews. I'll get to it, sometime.

This looks very good. Mahershala Ali was incredible in Luke Cage, and his work is widely-praised elsewhere. Who is his partner? Is it Chris Pine?

Season two wasn't awful it just suffered in comparison to one.

The problem with the second season was most of the strengths of the first season were weaknesses. The writing was pretty bad (and I don't just mean compared to the first season), the four leads were too many and as a result character development was minimal and not very in depth when it happened, and the story wasn't bad, it just seem to get lost in the shuffle (probably a result of the writing). I also didn't care for one of the leads (particular acting wise, but also character wise), so that didn't help either. Additionally, adding a criminal type as a lead kind of changed the feeling/direction/etc of the show IMO.

I thought the ending was pretty good though (beyond one kinda minor issue).

Pretty much how I feel about season 2 as well. Not terrible, but not up to the standards of the first season.

I had thought that after season 2 the series was abandoned . The #3 trailer looks good , I will be watching. I said the same for #2 but didn't make it to far in , I guess it was so far from the first , I dismissed it. Was a big fan of the first.

Does anyone know why it took so long for them to start season 3? Apparently, it was greenlit back in 2017.

You really don't need to bother with it.
