    Progression Magazine

Does anyone know why there has not been a new progression Magazine? The last one was spring of last year. Just wondering.

Progression magazine, which I neither endorse or discourage people from buying, has a bit of a history with things like this. I personally like the magazine although I haven't subscribed in about six years. It's essentially a one man operation and things out of the editor's control can happen that can set the magazine's due date back. Have you checked out the website recently to see if that might give you some insight? www.progressionmagazine.com

There isn't one more recent than Spring of 2013 listed on the website though.

You know, it may be the one that came out last year that I'm thinking of. I can't believe its been that long. I'd been thinking it'd been only a couple months. Sorry, chalk it up to working full time and recording, which is also taking a lot of time.

I checked the site the other week thinking I let my subscription slide again.

Facebook notification a few weeks back indicated that the new issue would be shipping this week.

Thanks for the update. Can somebody post a link to the Facebook page, please. I looked on their sight and there was nothing there. Thanks

Any UK subscribers here? I gave up on my subscription a few years back, which was a shame, cos' it was a great read.

I sort of wrote off the money I gave them.
Nothing to show for it after almost a year.

I got sick of all the hassles getting the mag on time. And in my opinion the reviews are not as good as they used to be. I subscribed for ten years my last issue was in 07.

There was a thread just a few weeks ago showing the cover of the new issue with William Shatner on the cover. I can't remember when it was coming out off the top of my head, but I think it was soon.

Was actually just wondering the same thing this past weekend. Last issue I have is 65 and I am paid up through issue 67. Looks like just 1 or 2 issues a year and the previous issue #64 was fall 2012. I also checked the web site and saw I had the latest issue. I meant to send and e-mail or call John but forgot. Glad to hear more issues are forthcoming.

Well, well. Look what came in the mail today. William Shatner staring at me through a plastic wrapper. Nice looking issue. I guess the wait was worth it.

What was the cover story on the most recent issue of Progression? I'm not sure if I got around to reading it or not! I tend to save them for travelling, and stuff them into a backpack and they sometimes end up there for a while. The last one I remember reading had that Asian violinist on the cover, but I feel like I received a copy after that.
