They give Graham proper but brief tribute a few times throughout the show. Well done. So glad I got to see this.
Graham was only 48 (or 47) when he died in 1989. What a shame. Who knows of what brilliant comedy we've been deprived.
More amazing is that I'm older than that now!

"MARKLAR!"
They tried to entice Graham Chapman back to the fold to have the full lineup, but it seems he's already "urning" so much in his current situation that he couldn't make hmself available.
About 5 bucks an hour!
Saw the rebroadcast a few nights ago; complete with the audio/video drops and (??) 30 minute intermission (??). They really could have edited out that 30 minute countdown or at least tell everyone to come back as we all, nearly full theater, waited about 7-8 minutes before deciding they were keeping the intermission intact. That was my biggest complaint. My others, about the evening, too much singing, too many old clips shown in between live bits and the Penis/Vagina/Ass song was way too soon in the night. In fact, I could have done without it and all the Eric Idle fueled, Book Of Mormon style theatrics throughout.
Otherwise, great fun, wonderful reminiscing and much love for my childhood heroes. Worth the $18. A couple of additional dates the first week in August have been announced, check the earlier link in this thread or your local listings. I too have auto-buy set for this dvd release.

It was interesting having them do the Four Yorkshiremen sketch as four actual old men...

I cracked my wife up last night by saying:
"All I know is he's not the man I married."
"Am *I* the man you married?"
Loved every second of this.

It really was brilliant seeing Eric and John on stage talking about these memories. I got to see Cleese interviewed by John Hodgman in Brooklyn on this book tour, which was also a great experience. Cleese's book is well worth reading, and there should be at least one more volume forthcoming in a year or two...
