Well good for Mogg... I tend to prefer his Coverdale-sounding voice of today than his more instantly recognizable 70's classic voice... But that IMHO, of course... I'm sure many will beg to differ.

Well... I differ. I think that his voice held well over the years (taking into consideration his drinking excess) but I preferred him in the 70s.

Personally, I don't hear any resemblance to White Snake either. And, Phil Mogg turned 65 this year; He's still rockin' n' rollin, godblessim. I don't expect an elderly guy to sound the way he did 35 - 40 years ago, but he still sounds good, as does the whole band.
