Quoting in group discussion

In a group discussion how do you reply with quotes?

For now just select the text you want to quote (control+C), hit the reply button, then click on the little dialog bubble at the end of the toolbar to get quotes to appear - then paste (control+V) in between them...

Or just type in the QUOTE tags - like we used to do in PEv2 until about 2006
