Why is it whenever someone mentions an artist that was clearly progressive (yet not the Symph weenie definition of Prog) do certain people feel compelled to snort "thats not Prog" like a whiny 5th grader?
It says it was from a Brazilian radio station. 1980 is pretty early for what I heard on there but I suppose it's possible.
Some of those Synth sounds seem too modern for 1980... but heck, it could be a Wendy Carlos album for all I know!

Sounds like Michael Quattro to me, but I don't think he did anything 23 minutes in length.
