New clip and album LEAP DAY

    Hi all,

We're currently working on a new album called "From The Days Of Deucalion".
We’re aiming for a release somewhere October/November this year.
We’ve made a clip of the song “Haemus”, which will be a track of our new cd.
    You can watch it here:

    Enjoy!

Dig the music a lot. The vocals, not so much. Too Nad Sylvan meets Derek Shulman for my taste.

The Shulman connection I can see, but this guy sounds way better than Nad Sylvan.
I think it is a fun clip of a great song!
Can't wait to hear their new album.
    October is still far away....

Very nice!!! Bravo boys! That first-shown rehearsal room is at the Harmsdobbe, isn't it?

Good work guys, but please consider re-recording the drums!

I like Leap Day, looking forward to a new album from them. I have both of their previous albums "Awaking The Muse" & Skylge's Lair" and one of the things that stands out for me are the vocals, the lead singer is very good.

You're very right about that. It's the rehearsal room for both Leap Day and Flamborough Head.
But don't worry, we never have to fight for the use of it

I got both of their albums too and like 'em very much! I'm really curious if they're able to improve on those.

Just read about the new album (From the days of Deucalion) and as I understand it's based upon the works of Immanuel Velikovsky.
I know the book Worlds in Collision by Velikovsky and I have to tell you guys: that stuff is really weird!
This man is known as a scientist, but Worlds in Collision is nothing more than a collection of fairy tales even though the man himself thinks of it as pure science.
Well....maybe good material for a prog album....
You've got me curious, that's for sure ;-)

The album is based on Worlds in Collision indeed.
Of course we know of the controversial ideas of Velikovsky.
    We love controversies!
And it IS good material for a prog album!
    Wait and see :-)
