Tonight's dinner is a big salad with chicken souvlaki left over from our Mother's Day BBQ. Chicken will be cut up and put onto the salad. Dessert might be some Maple Walnut frozen yogurt, or maybe just some fresh strawberries with a drizzle of high quality balsamic vinegar.
BBQ ribs with a nice dry rub and a hickory sauce. Grilled potato slices with seasoning salt, a garden salad.
