This is a seriously great thread - tons of stuff I've never heard of. Been riding a nice healthy Italian binge lately too. You guys aren't as terrible as everybody says you are.

Mr H, is there a release date for the Osanna CD?

Lino posted on FB that it is "on schedule", but I can't seem to find one

No release date anounced yet. I hope it will be out in the near future as they already performed parts of it live.

P.S. latest news: Most likley end of June

    P.P.S. it's going to be a 2CD!

just received my copy of Kingcrow-In Crescendo. Can't be happier. Have some reservations re drums production, but otherwise it is quite inspiring. Looking forward to Eidos!

I love the production on In Crescendo, I think it sounds great (and yes I agree, great record). What about the drums sound?

base kick drum is shallow. barely registers as a kick, more like a snap. And it is not the mastering, as there is plenty of low freq spectrum on the record. Base guitar is sounding pretty reach, though I'd expect more fret buzz from a "metal" band. Also the cymbals are low in the mix, so these are fading out unnaturally, more like samples. Otherwise - all good. They'll rectify all that on Eidos (Cristian said).
