Wow, this new Arti+Mestieri sounds amazing. Let's hope the entire album is on par with this song.

I don’t want to get my hopes up too high, but new Nuova Era and Ezra Winston is extremely good news!

Sad to hear about Le Maschere di Clara. They’re an underrated band. I wonder if folks went off them when they realized they weren’t La Maschera di Cera.

Nuova Era are about to finish the recordings of their new Album so we can be sure that this one will come in the not to far future.

Erza Winston are keeping deep in the shadows. It took me a lot of research work to find out about them recording a new Album.
But I found some reliable proof. There maybe a interview with them in on of next issues of the italian Version of the PROG Magazine.
It isn't their first attempt at a third Album though, so I would give it a 60% chance to come out finally.

I really hope that Le Maschere di Clara will carry on. They could only get 8 or 9 people to support their crowfunding
    (including me).

New Nuova Era and Höstsonaten both make me so excited that I dance up the wall like Donald O'Connor!

Wow! Didn't know about those! I finally tracked down a CD copy of Le Porte so I'm going to skip the reissue... they took way too long with that. Will definitely grab the other two though!

Don't know if this album has been reported yet (24 pages of new Italian progrock!). L'Estate Di San Martino celibrates their 40th anniversary with "ESM#40: Talsete, Il Viagio Acustico".

I didn't know this band, but found out that their previous album was called "Talsete Di Marsantino" (indeed an anagram of the bandname). The new album is an acoustic re-interpretation of that recording.
There're still a lot of Genesis-like 12-string guitar parts, but there are also a lot of folk-instruments used, while the saxophone-parts give the music a more jazzy style.
The only keyboards used are the piano and an accordeon.

THIS is something I'm looking forward to hearing!

Alas I'm very sorry to hear about La Maschere di Clara; like Progbear wrote, there's the assumption that many interestees possibly were turned off by something very far from that other "mask" band (whom they were perhaps expecting). LMdClara are indeed underrated - and underexposed. Some of those more overtly experimental progressive Italian bands are among the most interesting this country has to offer, IMO. And there's a LONG list there...

Very nice! Where can I order that? I don't see it on the band's page or the BTF site.
