Progrock.com Presents a free private concert in Chicago - Arena 6/22

This is an acoustic show without drummer Mick Pointer as he had prior engagements.

This will be a once in a lifetime event perhaps and a chance to get up close and personal with one of the Prog Rock legends.

    Contact me for an invite.

I actually didn't see the word Arena in the subject line, and thought it was a just a concert that was being billed as being free of Mick Pointer, but the band was unannounced.

Seriously though, if I lived in the area I'd go, as I'm an Arena fan. And I would be sad that Mick wasn't there. Who will be on drums?

Doesn't that (along with the rest of the original posting) infer that it will be an acoustic show without a drummer?

Thanks Gruno and sorry to all for the confusion.

I could have done this two weeks earlier with Mick but then Manzi couldn't make it and we would need a guest vocalist but I wanted Manzi.

Not the first time I wished that I lived in Chicago for music reasons.

Well it was an amazing week I had. And flights were dirt cheap.

Yes its not too bad here for prog but I still find myself flying over an ocean quite a lot for concerts. 3 times just for BBT and will be 3 for Ayeron.
