Thread: Rock In Opposition 2019 announced

I just bought tickets. This'll be my first RIO fest. I'm admittedly more of a lurker here, but have been around since alt.music.progressive.

I look forward to the music and to meeting everyone else who attends.

Booked a ticket and a room as well. Just the 2-day pass for the friday and saturday though.

Timing and location are so much better for me this year. Finally going to make it to my first RIO!

I am trying to book my ticket for allready two weeks, but up till now unsuccesfull. Les Abatoirs guides you to "digitick". My visa-card accepts the payment, but the digitick site gives an error message. The helpdesk at digitick says it must be the visa-card. Visa says it must be the digitick site.
    All very frustrating.

Does anyone have this experience and/or knows a way around this?

I really like to go..... so any suggestions are welcome.

    cheers,
    Peter

No problems buying the tickets for me but I did get a message that the tickets I received are no longer valid and I have to download them again.

Now I have problems logging back into the site of the ticket seller.

HI thedunno, if your problems are not resolved, we can help you in reserving your places for your arrival. But so, i think there will be tickets for sale at the venue at the opening of the festival.
For any problem, please contact me via my Facebook profile : Michel Besset. OK ? Welcome.

Anyone knows if John Greaves show was cancelled?

It is not listed in the Abbatoirs website...

Edit: sent an email to the organizers, the show is on as planned

I'm beginning the perilous journey from Logroño to Lyon! I'll be the guy wearing an Agalloch or Can t-shirt. I look forward to seeing everyone and to my first RIO fest.
