The deluxe edition (5 extra songs) is being sold on his website and at Targets.

Nice to see Steve in good spirits, and that he seems to be enjoying making new music.

I really enjoyed "We're Still Here." His passion comes through in his performance. Glad to know this man is still out there making music.

I think Steve sounds brilliant and is singing beautifully. The songs on the album are exactly what I would have expected and I think they are pulled off very well. That said, even though I enjoy the album (I pre-ordered the deluxe CD from his website), I don't think any of these songs will ultimately rank in my favorites.

He's still got the smokey voice, but I'm not a fan of how they produce the songs, that deep snare, everything dripping in reverb. I didn't hear anything thatwas bad, but most sounded like it was in basically one small range (perhaps 2 octaves). Could be wrong but I just listened to the samples. Not much there to get me to buy it. A bit too smarmy for my tastes. We'll se how it all comes out after I can hear more. I think I have also had my fill of AOR

I think we'll find that his sweet spot right now is where one of his idols, Same Cooke, was.

Steve Perry is streaming a behind the scenes look at the making of his first official music video in nearly 25 years for the track "Were Still Here". Directed by Myriam Santos, the clip features Perry driving a shiny, black Chevelle SS through the streets of Hollywood and is his first official video as a solo artist since 1994's "Missing You", and his first since Journey's "When You Love A Woman" in 1996.

Steve covers a Beach Boys classic.

Says Steve: "One late night, I was sitting in my room thinking about so many things. This song came into my mind, and it brought me some comfort. I hope it does the same for you. Stay safe."

Me, too. I don't like Christmas-themed movies, either.
