Thanks, not aware of these people at all. Being in Oz (and up North) we have so little exposure to anything beyond the usual.

My partner's listening to The Venetians (80's Oz Pop/Rock) in the lounge so this is fighting it but definitely developing into a rather driving work.

Not my idea of sleeping music either. Started like Eno but is rapidly turning into a runaway train...

You folks in Oz gave the rest of us The Necks.
    Thank You!

Ooh, I did not know that. But I am almost a total Luddite in Jazz past George Benson & Sade (ducks)

Listening now and despite the somewhat Punk name they seem to know what they are doing but I probably need a few listens at least as it is currently a bit beyond me.

The Necks are a great band and one of the originators of this stuff, superb live.

I enjoy these guys, but it always winds up sounding like the best ever backing track for a song that never happens....still, when the mood is right it hits the spot.

What kind of song could possibly have ALL THAT going on underneath?

I should find some Jon Anderson samples and stick them over that.

Just received this CD, and gave it a couple of semi-attentive plays at work. Looking forward to hearing it properly...
