You will get another chance, I am sure. Eventually they'll go north of CT. Probably sooner than later, but the dates I posted are all I know of at this point.

It was the only there for a moment, and it was the list price for all albums.

    I ordered anyway.

I can only assume I have bought a new Russian wife, political capital and maybe some proggy rawk, too.

My LP is here, and it is a great piece of music. I don't agree with the "primitive" rhythm-section allegations. There is a raw edge to the music that is essential to its strategic design, this meeting of two different worlds is what makes the album unique.

These long guitar riffs, like in Serpent's Tongue are clearly proggy, they reminded me of Rush, Yes...the only shortcoming is the rather short duration. I am not a fan of long albums, but this one is also unevenly divided in the vinyl edition, so side B sounds really crippled.

Go see them, if you live in the civilised world and have the chance. I am sure it will worthe it.

Unless things have changed greatly in the last 40 years, the Athens gig should be a hell of a party.

Sounds like I need to be there. It's where Ohio University is located. Back in the late 70s, Playboy's #1 party school, and a well earned rep although I was only a visitor. This might be a blast.

So I was playing this album the other day and really digging it, and I says to myself, "You should probably own some Fugazi right about now."

Got on the old Google machine and headed over to Dischord Records. Purchased Repeater and Steady Diet of Nothing.

I made a really good decision.

There is still some exquisite music being made and distributed. What we really miss is players with a distinct, unique style - guys you can recognize amidst the crowd.

Anthony is definitely one of them.

Absolutely. Fugazi have one of the most interesting and consistent discographies of any band, in my opinion. They never stopped experimenting with their sound, but every album is extremely confident and well-executed. The Argument is incredible.
