Gargantua's second album Kotegarda (2007) is a hidden gem IMO - in PA terms eclectic prog with an avant slant - and thoroughly their own.

This is a really good recent release of jazz-prog from Niechec https://niechec.bandcamp.com/album/niech

Really good album, as is their previous one, Cigar Lady. OK it's not really called that, but I'm damned if I'm going to type the actual title. A bit less rock / more jazz than the newest one, but I think if you like one you will like both.

Another group I really like, though more in the experimental / avant camp than prog, is Ksiezyc. They have two albums out, a self-titled one from the nineties and Rabbit Eclipse from 2015. Beautiful stuff.

The current label to watch in Poland (that I know of - I'm sure there are others!) for adventurous rock and jazz/improv related musics is Instant Classic:

Much good stuff here - e.g. Stara Rzeka, Merkabah, Alameda, Innercity Ensemble, Waclaw Zimpel and Saagara.

What, you mean Śmierć w Miękkim Futerku?

This stuff sounds very good. It would make my wife leave the room in an instant, yet to me it's not abrasive.

I took it in fun, don't worry!

EDIT: Title translates as "Death In A Soft Fur", if you believe Google.

    Recommended Polish prog:
Józef Skrzek solo: Ojciec chrzestny Dominika, Podróż w krainę wyobraźni, La tempęte, Metropolis. Also the live albums from about ten years ago (as Józef Skrzek's East Wind) Tryptyk petersburski and Koncert Żywiołów with solo and SBB music.

Niemen: anything from Enigmatic to Postscriptum. The later albums are more electronic. Also the archival releases 41 potencjometrów pana Jana and Kattorna/Pamflet na ludzkość

Skaldowie - Krywań, Krywań (symphonic with quotations from classical music) and Live 1972
Klan - Mrowisko and Live Finland 1972 (prog/bluesrock)
    Laboratorium - Modern Pentathlon (jazzrock)
Signal to Noise Ratio - Work in Progress (prog/psych) https://signaltonoiseratio.bandcamp....rk-in-progress
    Atman - Personal Forest (prog/psych)
