The book is introduced with a foreword written by Steve Hackett.

    The Deluxe Edition is limited to only 600 copies and includes a bound-in signed and numbered certificate of authenticity, an 8x10" Art Print by the highly regarded album cover artist and photographer Carl Glover (who also designed this book), all presented in a rigid hardboard slipcase.

    I expected a "", because books like "Mountains Come Out Of The Sky" by Will Romano covers prog after 1980 too and I'm sure other books do too

    Has anyone in the United States received their copy yet? I thought when I ordered it in September I’d have it before Christmas.

    Hey Sean, I brought the timeline to ... 1982 AND wrote an epilogue that brought things (more or less) to the present!
