mixing internet radio and own library

(This is not really prog-specific, but I'd certainly use it in a prog-heavy way.)

There are apparently a couple thousand internet radio services. A lot of the bigger ones will let me upload my own mp3 files, and then play them back at me. (How amazing!) But this is basically provided as an entirely separate service.

Is there any service that will play a radio-like stream with my own uploaded library mixed in? E.g., X mine + (1-X ) whatever is on the radio. Even if X is hardcoded to 1/2, it would still be a step up.

    Thanks in advance.
