A real labor of love and worth every penny. Amazing such a product could be released for an 'obscure' artist after so long. They worked on it a long time as well I believe, about 5 years I think. The box set is sold out so if you do find a copy I'm sure it will be expensive. Neil Storey of Hidden Masters, the outfit that put this out, was on the the Hoffman forum relating the details and responding to folks questions.

Apparently they got some copies returned so there are a few still available - https://hiddenmasters.net/our-shop/

Hiya, just discovered this site... more out there than ever one knows!

Yes, we do have a very few copies of Evening Blue left and these are now only available from our HM site: https://hiddenmasters.net/our-shop/

Also in preparation is the stand alone version of Chris's album – Moon Child Vulcan.

In short, this is his long-thought-lost solo album which has been mastered from the original 1/4" reels which we discovered in an outbuilding in the West of England (covered in decades of grime and cobwebs) during April 2013. Chris really only knew vinyl and cassettes so this is the vinyl version and in the exact running order he sequenced in October 1978 + we've added in a further 16 tracks as part of the download element – these are alternative mixes, demos, outtakes and others of his own recordings. The only not entirely CW track we've included on the download is the recent Maps collaboration which is an epic aural soundscape (over 7 minutes) using some of chris's sax and flute parts (stems) created by James Chapman who works and records under the name of Maps. Its all within a normal gatefold cover with a 24page insert stapled to the spine – if you have an original of the 2nd Traffic LP, its a bit like that.

In fact, prep is now the wrong word as manufacturing has just begun. All the details can be found here: http://www.pledgemusic.com/projects/...n-child-vulcan – and, for pre-orders, its exclusive to the Pledge people. We like working with them + we've some extra special goodies which're only available during the pre-order period.

Moon Child Vulcan will be released worldwide on October 20th.

    Hi John,

Have a look in Discogs, we had a few unopened copies returned to us from various warehouses and we are selling them on Discogs at £99. We haven't got many left but they are still in their customised packing, still shrink wrapped, Jayne @ HiddenMasters
