I loved the clown festival in Amsterdam's Vondelpark
Good mix of music & clowns and then some . One of my favourite acts in the 70's was the Jango Edwards & Friends Roadshow. They became quite popular in Germany and the Netherlands and later on Jango Edwards became a household clown on French TV. The concert was filmed in 1980 in Amsterdam and about the same show I saw. Elements of Zappa and The Tubes.
