Cosmograf - The Hay Man Dreams

Proggosaurus mentioned this album on the "What's New in Neo-Prog" thread so I checked it out. He was right that it's reminiscent of Signify-era Porcupine Tree, but I find the vocalist to be much better than Wilson (who I've never rated very highly as a vocalist). This guy reminds me of an understated Steve Hogarth (I think Hogarth is excellent), and in fact I found myself thinking if Hogarth had to be replaced (gasp), this guy might be a good candidate.

Good, sparingly-used guitar and nice cover art to top it off.

The title-track is on the latest "Prog" magazine (July 2017 - issue 78) cover CD, and I bought the album on the strength of that listen.

The guy's voice is good, isn't it?
