    R.I.P. Pierre Henry
I had already lived for a couple of years in Paris , when I discovered that he lived right across the street , where he had also his studio , which he opened from time to time to the public for small performances.
    :-(

Here is a small clip from one of his house performances with an interview (In French)

Dieter Moebius : "Art people like things they don’t understand!"

Any time any one speaks to me about any musical project, the one absolute given is "it will not make big money". [tip of the hat to HK]

"Death to false 'support the scene' prog!"

please add 'imo' wherever you like, to avoid offending those easily offended.

Probably the 3rd or 4th LP I ever bought was "Variations for a Door and a Sigh."

    Rest in peace.
We're trying to build a monument to show that we were here
It won't be visible through the air
And there won't be any shade to cool the monument to prove that we were here. - Gene Parsons, 1973

Merci Pierre for your unique and marvelous cultural contribution. He was a lucky man to make his advocation of self expression his vocation.
