I'd pay a lot of money to see these guys perform again.

Wow! that's a big surprise. When's the last time Davidowski has played with them? 1977? I saw one of the big reunion shows at the Roxy in 1999 and T was the only keyboardist present. Two bassists and two violinists though...
Good for them, does this affect his role in DP any?
So gonna be there!

Nostalgia, you know, ain't what it used to be. Furthermore, they tells me, it never was.

Very exciting news, but for me, I'd rather see Steve Morse devote more time to Flying Colors.

Scott: Morse is working on Flying Colors #3.
Great news, I hope there's an album.
Great news, thanks for the heads up!
I wonder what albums they'll pull material from. Will Steve Davidowski's presence mean nothing from the later albums that the late great T. Lavitz played on? Worth it either way!

Press releases going out July 11 is now the word.
I'm sure later material will be covered. No reason not to.

I have none of their albums, but one or two live recordings. I saw the Steve Morse Band open for Kansas when he was also playing in Kansas.
That being said, I have to see this show. I hope they play near Pittsburgh, but I would be surprised if they have the audience there to justify it.

Wow, great news! I last saw Dixie Dregs open for Dream Theater. I hope I can get to a show.
Great news but T will be sorely missed.
